The purpose of the CITI Program Support Center is to provide support, resources, hints, tips and answers to frequently asked questions regarding the CITI Program.

We welcome contributions and feedback from learners and CITI institutional administrators. Please share comments, questions, and feedback with the CITI Support team regarding the Support Center.

I currently have two learner accounts. Can I merge them into one CITI Program account?

If you would like to merge two learner accounts, please send an e-mail to citisupport@med.miami.edu and include the following information:
  • Your first and last name.
  • The name of your institution.
  • The username or Member ID for the account to keep.
  • The username or Member ID for the account to merge.
